Frequently asked questions
- Is there a setup fee?
Not for standard plans. Any custom need or add-ons such as SSO will require extra work/features for which we typically charge as a setup fee.
- Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Appaloosa isn’t the best app distribution platform for your business, simply cancel your account. You can cancel at any time and won’t be billed for subsequent months.
- Can I change my plan later on?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Wire transfers are available on our Custom Plans only.
- Is there a minimum billing?
Yes. Any plan requires a minimum monthly billing.
- What happens if I reach my plan limit?
If you reach your plan limit you will be by default automatically upgraded to the next available plan. Ex: if you reach more than your original 200 users plan, you will be upgraded to the 300 users plan. Contact us if you prefer to set up plan limits.
- How many versions per app can I keep?
All plans, including the Unlimited Apps add-on, offer 50 versions per app. Each app version older than 50 is deleted automatically by Appaloosa. Please contact us should you need more versions per app.
